Having in depth industry knowledge, our services offered on assurance, cover a wide range of industry sectors, including property development and renting, financial / holding activities firms, wholesale, retail and manufacturing Companies. Our specialised audit and financial statements preparation software is in line with the methodology followed by our office and of course in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs), International Auditing and Assurance Standards as well as Cyprus Companies Law, Cap. 113.

Services offered include:

Statutory and regulatory audits , non-statutory audits in accordance with International Standards of Auditing (ISAs) and issuance of an audit opinion on the financial statements of a company / business.
Assistance in the preparation of Financial Statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs).
Group audits and assistance in the preparation of consolidated financial statements.
Consulting you on the application of IFRSs and other generally accepted accounting practices.
Other non-statutory assurance services such as agreed upon procedures and limited review opinions.
Review of internal control systems, evaluation and recommendations for improvement.
Provide assistance to clients for proper filing of the respective submissions required under the Law to the Cyprus Government Authorities and other Regulators, such as the Registrar of Companies, Inland Revenue Department and Vat Authorities. etc.
